Want to improve your content, but not sure where (or how) to start?
I get it

The truth is, designing effective content is hard. It's also time-consuming and can be expensive if you need to redo it multiple times.

The good news is that you don’t have to become an overnight expert or figure it all out on your own.

Most importantly, you don’t need to let the fear of
“doing it wrong” hold you back.

Do any of these seem familiar?

  • Struggling with what to say or afraid of making a mistake.

  • Overwhelmed or need a roadmap clarifying priorities and approach.

  • Trying to lead change and overcome resistance.

  • Looking for specialized expertise.

facilitation &
small group work

Ongoing or Project- Based | In Person or Virtual | Schedule a consultation

  • Accelerate your change by getting out of the routine and into dedicated focus time.  Facilitated sessions and small group work create space for your team to  break through to deeper levels of discussion and peel back to what’s really happening underneath.

This format sparks new insights and creative solutions to old problems and forges a shared understanding across the group. They do not have to solve the problem, navigate the change, or learn a different approach alone. . Participants  take away  a realistic understanding of what’s next, and resources to deal with it all.

  • Executives and business leaders who want to safely introduce meaningful systemic change in their organizations and communities.

Teams who are facing, or in the midst of, substantial change or uncertainty.

Teams and creators seeking an intensive boost to humanize their content, product or service.

  • Strategy meetings to develop a plan customized around your objectives and intended outcomes.

  • Facilitation that objectively guides participants through the process. From bringing clarity to how humans respond to change and new information, working through complexity of each situation, and arriving at a place of what’s possible.

  • Post-event check-in to evaluate progress and any needed course corrections.

  • Focus areas include strategic planning;  navigating through change, uncertainty or crisis response; and developing a more humanized approach across the organization.

What’s Included: Depending on your goals

  • Focused small group work helps people come together as a more cohesive team, with a  shorter runway to change and innovation..

  • Your team can openly discuss and learn in a supportive, facilitated environment.

  • The opportunity for everyone to go deeper into the subject and work through issues.
