I created Double Tall Consulting in 2016 to fill a gap many organizations face: how to shift their Inclusion and Diversity initiatives from "good intentions" to effective, measurable, safe, and meaningful results.
Before that, I spent 25 years working in the tech industry. I've been responsible for creating new experiences for customers, launching global products, and transforming enterprise-wide workflows.
Today, I apply that design approach across a variety of content types, products, and experiences. It’s through this lens that I work with clients to realize how the words they use, the images that represent them, and the values reflected through their messaging are experienced by others.
